“Those two baby boys in the nursery remind me of how I was abandoned at that group home.”
Linda got a call from the nearby hospital one day. She was told she was Amanda’s emergency contact by a nurse. I regret to inform you that your sister died as a result of problems after delivery. You are their next of kin,” the nurse stated, “and she gave birth to two boys.”
To get advice, she chooses to give Tim and Gabby a call. She believed they would have excellent counsel since they had previously assisted her in overcoming her emotions of abandonment.

“Those two baby boys haven’t done anything wrong, and Amanda was your sister. I know this is difficult to believe. “Go to the hospital at least and get some answers,” Tim advised Linda.
Though she was still not persuaded, Linda thanked Tim and Gabby for their suggestions. She believed that this duty belonged to the children’s father rather than to her. Given what Amanda had previously done to her, Linda believed she would never adopt the boys.
When Linda got to the hospital, she asked one of the nurses for answers. Before Amanda died away, the nurse told Linda that she had left a letter.
“I realize how many errors I committed and how much I regret them, even if it may be too little, too late.
Please take into consideration my last request, even though I know that forgiveness is the last thing on your mind at the moment.
I’m requesting your acceptance of my kids. I beseech you.
I’m experiencing these feelings right now. “I apologize deeply,” the message said.
