Ingredients (Makes 18–24 truffles)

Truffle Base

• 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
• ¼ cup heavy cream
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter
• 1–2 tsp lemon zest (fresh)
• 1–2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt

Coating Options

• Powdered sugar (classic)
• White chocolate (melted)
• Yellow sanding sugar
• Coconut flakes
