Ingredients (Makes 18–24 truffles)
Truffle Base
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
- ÂĽ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1–2 tsp lemon zest (fresh)
- 1–2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Coating Options
- Powdered sugar (classic)
- White chocolate (melted)
- Yellow sanding sugar
- Coconut flakes
