Directions:
Rinse and pat dry the tomatoes. Slice into 1/3-inch thick rounds and arrange them in a large shallow dish.
In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, red onion, garlic, basil, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, flipping the tomatoes once halfway through to ensure even marination.
Serve chilled or at room temperature alongside your favorite dishes.
