Crack eggs into an ice cube tray and freeze them. Here’s why

### Step 1: Crack the Eggs
Crack your eggs into a bowl to ensure there are no shells. Gently beat them with a fork until the whites and yolks are combined.

> ✅ **Tip**: You can also freeze just the whites or just the yolks, depending on your needs. More on that below!

### Step 2: Pour Into Ice Cube Tray
Carefully pour the beaten eggs into a clean **silicone or plastic ice cube tray**, filling each compartment about 3/4 full. Each cube will hold approximately **1 egg**, depending on tray size.

### Step 3: Freeze
Place the tray in the freezer and freeze until solid—this usually takes a few hours.

### Step 4: Transfer to a Freezer Bag
Once the eggs are fully frozen, pop them out of the tray and transfer them to a labeled freezer-safe bag or container. Write the **date** and **number of eggs per cube** for easy use later.

## 🧁 How to Use Frozen Eggs

When you’re ready to use your frozen eggs, simply **thaw the number of cubes you need** in the refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Then use them just like you would fresh eggs!
