Instructions:

1. **Prepare the Vanilla Filling**

– In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy.
– In another bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken.
– In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
– Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture, then add the vanilla extract. Stir everything together until it’s well combined and creamy.

2. **Assemble the Cake Layers**

– Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Lay a layer of graham crackers on the bottom of the dish. You may need to break some crackers to fit the bottom completely.
– Spread half of the vanilla filling mixture over the graham crackers, smoothing it out with a spatula.
– Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the filling. Repeat with the remaining filling, followed by another layer of graham crackers. This creates the structure of your “cake” with graham crackers as the layers and the creamy filling in between.
